Damaged in shipping but <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> came through for me
I'm giving a perfect rating not because the product was good but because this site really came through for me, I ordered this and when it arrived the bolts were loose in the box which caused the bumper to get scratched, they agreed to send a replacement and when it arrived the same thing happened so I took it up with them and they gave me a full refund. So I can't say much about the bumper but <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> at least took reasonably. I appreciate that and will probably continue to do business with them.

Lacking customer service
The bumper itself looks great. The bumper pad on the passenger side had some slight damage possibly from shipping. The mounting hardware that was supposed to come with the bumper was not with the bumper. I contacted <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> to report both with no response back.
