Product Q&A

what is the current draw on this? bought some, plugged into my 1992 nissan pathfinder, hit switch...15A fuse blown. unplugged both lights, checked out my wiring both visually and with an OHM Meter to GND. all checks well. flipped switch without lights connected, NO fuse blown. reconnected one light , fuse blown. unmounted to check if the mount was grounding things out, fuse blown ( 20 amp this time.. ran out of 15) ... suggestions?Jim G.Sep 19, 2020
Best Answer:Hello! You must have a short somewhere. These should not blow 20a fuses. I would check for power and ground on both connectors while unplugged, just to rule out any wiring issues.
