A couple issues but I'm not sending it back...
The bolts to hold the bumper on the truck were loose and sliding around inside the very large box and some were missing. They may have found there way outside the side of the box during shipping. We used the old ones off the old bumper.
A dollar bill sized piece of chrome was peeled off the top right front side of the bumper. The truck the bumper is going on is a work truck, so I wasn't going to go through the hassle of returning it, but had it been a different truck, I would have had to do that. #notfun
