Cold air intake systems by AEM include a mandrel-bent aluminum inlet tube and a premium washable/re-usable, oil-free DryFlow synthetic filter that boost horsepower dramatically. Started in 1987, AEM has garnered a reputation for engineering some of the best and most cost-effective air intake systems for high-output/race vehicles in particular.
- Available in polished, red, gun metal gray or blue finish
- Gives engine a nice aftermarket sound
- Mandrel-bent aircraft-grade aluminum tubing and TIG-welded fittings and brackets
- Replaces existing inlet tube and air box
- Boosts cold air flow which translates to more horsepower
- Includes upgraded oil-free synthetic DryFlow filter that is re-usable/washable
- Filter can be run up to 100,000 miles before cleaning
- Easy 90-minute installation (requires soft-mount hardware kit)
