Core return policy
Product was great, saved a ton of money installing my window motors on my 350Z, My only concern is the extensive instructions on getting a refund on my cores that I returned. If these instructions were included in the product shipment it would have made it a lot easier to following.

Bad Window Motors in Florida
My windows have not worked for more than a year because the dealer wanted over a grand for this fix, and local mechanics were not that much cheaper. Found this site online, despite reviews, I ordered anyway. Overall, I'm more than happy with my product. I did my own research on the window motor installation. They were different from the instructions in the box, so I was glad i did my own research as well. The actual part worked better than imagined. I actually had to upgrade the mount bolts because it was just that strong. two thumbs up. Only other problem was the core return instructions. (none!) I would have loved a quick sheet, but oh well. Overall, I'm very happy.
