This would be a 5 star (no issue review) but there was in fact a small problem with the product. The problem was with way the motor assemblies mount to the door. There should have been 3 bolt holes in the motor assembly, but instead there were 3 bolt studs. The pictures of the product even show "bolt holes". This was not the end of the world, I just had to run to a part store and pick up 6 (1/4"-28) nuts to put on the studs (these should have been included with the product in my opinion). Outside of that, everything mounted and installed perfectly.
