Best Answer:Hi-Clifford You actually need a headlight conversion kit for an HID to halogen type because the wiring, socket connectors, HID and halogen bulbs have a totally different design from each other. The socket mounting will not match. You cannot interchange the two easily. We recommend referring to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for step by step instructions. Fit like OEM and had a ton of light with our Lucas Lighting LEDs! These ARE NOT a direct replacement for HID housings but with some rewiring they will work. They are an EXACT replacement for halogen housings!
