Problem for install directions - were for a wiper motor on the front, and the unit was for rear wiper motor.

Works as expected
It is a direct replacement for the rear wiper on my 1999 Explorer. it requires removal and reinstallation of the mounting bracket from the old motor assembly. The whole job (excluding removing and reinstalling the plastic trim on the rear door) took about 5 minutes.
