I am noticing several recent reviews regarding the connector pin being wired backwards on the REPF491722 window regulator.  Has this issue been resolved with your product?   I do not wish to waste time installing it if its not been wired to its plug correctly.Daniel L.Jul 18, 2020
Best Answer:Yes, Plug wires are Backwards. There was plenty of wire available on the part shipped to cut and splice the crossed wires to the correct direction. Easy fix. Good thing I saw the reviews before install, I'd think I'd messed it up. Regulator works well (after fix) and does fit as advertised.

I just installed your replacement 2010 escape window regulator and motor. the switch work opposite when pushing down the window goes up and vice versa.  How do I reverse that?Glen M.Jul 15, 2020

Odd what happened
The original regulator probably worked fine but i did not realize i needed to have all connections plugged in. The replacement regulator works fine except it works backwards. When I pressed buttons down the window goes up and when I press buttons up the window goes down. I can live with that. Thanks for the quick replacement.

Good replacement, but check motor direction
Great price and fits easily in place of the old regulator, but the motor is attached in a reversed position so the window goes up when it should go down and vice versa. Could easily be fixed by cutting and flipping the wires, but I didn’t want to take the door back apart after I figured out it was flipped.
