The water pump fit exactly like the oem pump I removed. The gasket supplied was a perfect match. The pump has 2 holes for the pulleys that are not threaded just as the oem pump comes. The rolling thread bolts go in firmly with thread sealant and worked excellent. No leaks after installation hopefully it lasts as long as the oem pump that had 130,000 miles on it. 2010 ML350 4 MATIC.
