Best Answer:Hi Nunzio, I'm glad to assist you. I just checked your order and it appears this turns out to be defective. Are you trying to swap the cover of your original mirror with this brand-new one? Most of the time the cap is 100% compatible and interchangeable. And on some instances, since it is an aftermarket part, it may have a similar-looking cap cover but cannot be interchanged. You simply have to install the whole brand new mirror. I hope this helps.

I will never order from your company again.
TODAY'S DATE: 5/27/2021
The parts I ordered for my driver's side window were not compatible for my car and did not work. The parts apparently were made in China and not in Germany. the parts were not made by Mercedes Company. I had to order the parts from a Mercedes Company in Los Angeles. Today, the mechanic will install the new mirror and parts. I will never order from your company again.
