Overall good product. Bolted right into place and easy to mount. However does not include studs, bolts, both gaskets, or stud for the bracket that mounts to the engine block to reduce vibration. I would recommend this to others if they have a in depth background in mechanics. requires fabrication of a new bracket to bolt to the engine compartment.

Not perfect but works
This was a cheap alternative to buying an actual Mazda catalytic converter. The problem is that it didn't fit perfectly and was apparently extremely difficult to install (we had an auto service place install it). Days after install, the car made strange noises, and we had to take it back, and they had to tighten things up on that catalytic converter. So it's not perfect, but it works, and it got us through emissions, so we're satisfied.

Very good product
Having first replaced a cracked exhaust manifold and two O2 sensors this was the part that finally kept the check engine light and 420 code from showing up. Fairly easy to install; just make sure all bolts will loosen beforehand.
