Product Information

DAYCO SMALL I.D. MOLDED HEATER HOSES

Avoid overheating by sending excess engine heat to the heater core via Dayco’s Small I.D. molded heater hoses. With their ultra-durable EPDM construction and knitted reinforcement, these heater hoses are highly resistant to the effects of environmental elements and varying temperatures. Since 1905, Dayco has developed top-tier replacement parts that keep cars moving, including belts, tensioners, pulleys and other timing products.

  • Meets SAE J20R4 and Class D-1 requirements as well as SAE J1684 Type EC electro-chemical specifications
  • For use in applications that require small-diameter (1-inch I.D. or smaller) heater hoses
  • Durably constructed with EPDM rubber compound and knitted reinforcement
  • Some applications feature “quick connect” end (if OE is equipped) for  hassle-free installation
  • Withstands coolant, natural elements and temperature extremes such as -40°F (-40°C) to 257°F (125°C)
