My suburban seems not to be keeping are charge to start up can this relay be also a reason...it has me believing that the starter is not switching off because I repl the battery?Larry F.Jan 14, 2024
Best Answer:Hi Larry, I'm glad to assist you. We cannot give a definite answer to your question based on the details you provided. For us to check carefully and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete details of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, 2WD/4WD, and engine size). The VIN would be helpful.

Thank You for getting back to me so quick My neighbor just came over and he had a Voltage meter and he connected it to the starter and it was not getting any power at all he said if it was the starter it would show getting power but not firing so unfortunately still do not know what the problem is?Tony DAug 18, 2020
Best Answer:Hello! At this point I would suspect the starter cut off relay. You should be able to remove the relay and check for 12v at one of the pins in the relay socket, to make sure that the relay is getting power.
