Best Answer:Hi Kerry, I'm pleased to assist you. Based on the engine firing order of the 2010 Ford F-150 XLT 8 Cyl 5.4L. The passenger side is Bank 1 and the driver side is Bank 2. This oxygen sensor is for Bank 2 Sensor or position 1 (upstream, before the catalytic converter). Please check the manufacture date of the vehicle as this is only for up to 01/2010. The manufacture date is located somewhere in the driver's side door jam.
