2006 F150 XLT 4x4 Supercrew - bank 2
I installed this on a 2006 F150 XLT 4x4 Supercrew. The truck went into limp mode from a clogged cat. Oriley’s auto parts scanned and confirmed zone 2 car was clogged. The shop l wanted $440 to cut out and replace cat. I ordered this one on Tuesday and it was at my door the following Monday. Very easy install! Take the two O2 sensors out, remove the two manifold nuts (soak with wd40 or PB), loosen rear clamp and slide out. Install the new one, tighten the mitt and install the O2 sensors. The truck runs smooth, all the power is back, problem solved! Direct bolt on, very impressed! As said earlier, muffler shop wanted $440 to replace the cat, I did it myself in under an hour for only $187 (the price of this part plus tax and shipping). I highly recommend this item!
