Best Answer:Hi Bob, Yes, this item comes with the halogen bulbs and ready for connection to the main harness. This headlight does not require any ballast, unlike the H.I.D type. This part is for models using halogen type headlights only.

This headlight set is incompatible with the HID (high-intensity discharge) headlight due to differences in the electrical system of each headlight type. I bought this to replace my original headlights on my 2007 lincoln mkz. When they arrived everything looked fine. Until I installed then and noticed they weren't aligned. The beam was aiming more down, giving me only a few feet of light. I tried aligned them, which should of been a simple fix but they didn't move at all. I even took them somewhere professional and they couldn't align them either. After trying to contact there customer service I was on hold for literally hours. I even scheadule a call from customer service and they never called me back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS HEADLIGHTS. now I am down money and forced to buy new ones.
