Best Answer:Hi Joe, I'm glad to assist you. No, this is not compatible. This headlight does not have the adaptive front light (AFS ) feature and is for Japan-built Lexus only. The socket connectors would not match. As it turns out, we do not carry the headlights matching your Canadian-built Lexus. Still, you might need other parts, such as a front brake disc and pad kit. 2005 Lexus RX330 Headlight assembly replacement
I was able to get my headlight assembly (driver and passenger side) replaced with these parts. They fit well. Replaced it on a 2005 RX 330 FWD (VIN starting with 2T...) with AFS! I do see many posts stating that you cannot replace the AFS assembly with a non-AFS assembly. It does fit! I took it to a local shop that specialized in installing car lights etc. A technician from a different shop looked at it and said it could not be done; I guess he didn't know what to do. BTW I did not want to put close to $2000 for an OEM part with AFS. I know I gave up AFS but happy with the replacement for an old car.
