Specially built to withstand extreme temperatures, Dayco’s Insulone heater hoses are highly suitable for cold-climate applications. These heater hoses have synthetic EPDM construction and spiral reinforcement to offer excellent burst strength and special compounds in the insulating layer for minimal heat loss. Since 1905, Dayco has developed top-tier replacement parts that keep cars moving, including belts, tensioners, pulleys and other timing products.

  • Can be used with all popular coolants and coolant additives
  • Made with EPDM rubber compounds and spiral reinforcement for remarkable burst strength
  • Insulating layer contains a special compound for better heat loss prevention
  • Extreme temperature resistant—with temperature range of -40°F (-40°C) to 257°F (125°C)
  • Features a black cover and is similar to SAE 20R3, Class D-2
  • Effectively transfers heated coolant to the heater core with minimal heat loss
  • Ideal for use in cold-climate applications, where efficient heat transfer is vital
