Works Like a Charm
I purchased this VVT solenoid and put it in myself after viewing a You Tube video. It was very easy to replace and the part fits like a glove. I had my check engine light read prior to replacing the valve which is why I knew it needed replacing. Afterwards I had the CE checked again (still have another code reading) and the VVT code cleared up on its own. For someone who has never done anything to her car this was easy as 1-2-3. I am very satisfied with this replacement part for my 2001 Lexus LS430. The price was within a few dollars of other sites but the shipping was free and pretty fast.
