The fitment details say-Sedan, for use with non HID Models only, from 2004 to 2006 Lexus ES330, Base. But if you originally have the HID version, then you switched to this halogen type of upgrade headlight, this will not fit. You call our toll free number and ask to be transferred to returns Dept. so they can process an RMA for you so you can get your refund.

Beware Anzo headlight
Bought a couple of years ago and wish I hadn't. The connector for the low beam didn't match the connector on my '05 ES330 (forcing me to clip and wire direct) and there was no electrical connection for the little LED angel lights on the side, so they've never worked. There is some sort of barrier that blocks the light so that on low beam the lights don't shine very far. Now a dark spot has developed on the driver side beam. I feel unsafe at night unless I can shine the high beams. Unless I can solve this latest problem, I'm resigned to starting over with a different brand.

Had them installed today. Look great will see how they work tonight. Only problem was the connection wasn't compatible and the mechanic had to hard wire them
