To give you some inputs; The Symptons of a bad VVT-variable valve timing solenoid are check engine Light comes on, engine oil is dirty, rough engine idle and decrease in fuel economy. While a failing idle control valve would stall the engine. Please have your car checked on an auto repair shop for an accurate diagnostic and repair still.
