The assembly was simple and the part seems to be wood quality. The mounting studs did not line up with my existing seat bracket holes. It was easy to drill 2 new holes so not a big deal. I also can’t say for sure that the seat bracket that is in my jeep is the original so that could have been the source of the problem. Either way it was an easy modification
