great upgrqade
This item does exactly what it claims, shortens the shift throw. It alo takes out the sloppy and uncertian feel of the OEM shifter and makes it easier to reverse. The only problem i have is that the threaded portion for the shift knob is too short which does not allow the reuse of the adjuster, jam nut. I had to use thread lock to keep the knob in the correct position.
