The memory function does not work correctly. It works correctly up and down, if mirror is moved away from memory setting up and down, but if mirror is moved away from memory setting left and right, it wants to go in the wrong direction, as though it's trying to go in a full circle in the wrong direction to get back to memory setting. It vibrates slightly at all speeds. Seems to not be connected quite right behind the mirror, where the multi-directional adjuster connects the mirror to the housing. I also purchased a corresponding mirror for the passenger side, and it does not vibrate at all.
