Orderd for my 97 gmc w4500 diesel (same as izusu npr) The part arrived as described and fit as it should. After bleeding the air out I now have good working brakes again.
The install was pretty straightforward after removing the dash trim, gauge cluster and lower dash trim which all pop off easy with only a few Phillips screws then 2 hoses and 2 hard lines and all set.
