perfect fit
The converter is a perfect fit and I really noticed an increase in power. However it did not come with gaskets and the origional had studs and this had flanges with holes. I had to go to the local auto store and hardware store to complete the installation.

Do it yourself repair
The converter replacement was straightforeward. Took about 1 hour with hand tools in my driveway with the truck on jackstands. Need a hacksaw to cut the origional converter mounting bracket off so you can re-use the factory hanger. Had to make a trip to NAPA to get the gaskets and bolts due to the fact the origional converter has studs.
