Where does this part go and what is the function of it?Jeronimo S.Jan 24, 2021
Best Answer:Hi Jeronimo, As per checking, the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor is usually located inside the intake manifold. The MAP sensor provides instant manifold pressure information to the engine's electronic control unit. The data is then used to calculate air density and determine the engine's air mass flow rate, which in turn determines the required fuel delivery for perfect combustion.
