Customer service was great to work with and shipment was very fast. Remanufactured A/C compressor looked good as well. However be aware that compressor oil was not pre-installed in the unit. There was a tag indicating oil needed to be added although if the tag comes off in shipment or is mistakenly not included it will mean a complete disaster to the unit. Other companies ship remanufactured units with oil already installed so it was surprising that AutoParts Warehouse does not as well.
