I purchased the right, and left trans-axels for my 2012 Honda Odyssey March of 2021. I have just got around to installing them. The new axels are a larger Diameter than the original ones. Are the geared in, and the wheel side, still compatibile with original equipment? Thanks.Larry C.Apr 23, 2022

I purchased these and when I removed the old axles I found that the shaft into the drivetrain on these was about 1/4" bigger than what I removed. Why is that?BJ R.Aug 09, 2020
Best Answer:Hello! The shaft diameter may have been revised if the manufacturer had seen failures with a smaller diameter shaft, or if the vehicle manufacturer updated their specifications.
