This review is more about the service than the part. I ordered the part that I needed for my car which is a 2007 Honda Civic ex 1.8l with automatic transmission. This website claimed the axle I ordered is"guaranteed to fit". Had I been sent the part I ordered it would have fit and this review would be done. The axle they chose for me arrived and I called my mechanic to fix my car. He came out, jacked up the car and took off the old part. He then looked at me and said you got the wrong part. I checked my order, compared it to the part number they sent and they were completely different. I emailed customer service and was very upset by Alejandro's condescending reply. I was told the part I ordered was indeed a fit for the 2007 Honda Civic ex 1.8l automatic, so my vehicle has to be manual transmission. Then he proceeded to tell me how to return it and they would refund the cost of the part only. This was their mistake, not mine! After taking some time to lower my blood pressure, I called and spoke to one of their customer service representatives and explained the situation to him. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction, with them refunding the part, shipping, as well as paying for it to be shipped back.
