The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) was created by automobile insurance companies to oversee a test program guaranteeing the suitability and consistent quality of aftermarket automotive parts meeting or exceeding the OEM quality, CAPA certified (with a yellow sticker certification on the part). However, for the non CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs. This hood is temporarily out of stock this time. Doesn't fit
The hood looked like it would fit but I didn't actually put a tape measure on it. I guess I should have before I painted it. The front of the hood measured 5/8" wider than the original. Because of this it would not fit. To try and move the fenders out(which you couldn't move far enough) then made the lights not fit. The hood was also about 3/8" to long. I would recommend everyone actually measure this before you accept it. I ended up having to use the old hood and bang out the dents. Very disappointed, I can't even sell this in good faith, it doesn't fit.

I got the part ahead of schedule which is very rare for the area I live in. The hood fit like it should. one of the corner protectors was punctured allowing the edge to come out. it wasnt damaged or scratched until I set it on cement but that was my fault.
