Best Answer:Hi Thomas, This is shipped folded. Folding bumper is a common practice in the industry. We do this to reduce shipping cost and pass those savings to our customers. You will also receive it faster as it does not have to be shipped via freight. These bumper covers are made of shape memory plastic and will eventually go back to it's original shape after you put it under the sun for at least 2 hours. If there is no sun, you can apply heat on the affected area with a heat gun (just make sure not to over heat and melt the material). Part looks great. Main issue is shipping. When ordered one date was shown. After checkout a different date was then shown, May 29. It didn’t arrive till June 8, 10 days late. And only after repeated calls to the trucking company. All this for what turned out to be shipped from a warehouse,2 hours from my house

Amazingly easy to install.
I was amazed at how easy this was to install. it literally snapped in and with a couple of fasteners on the grill and on the sides where the fenders meet with the cover, it was in. Do yourself a favor though and purchase the panel pins as I broke several getting the old bumper cover off and several more putting it back on.
