Because you have to really tug on the dash to get the defective blower out, and push like Hercules to get the new one in, I would say installation is bad. But that is not relevant to the review of the blower. The blower works grrrreat!!! Very happy with the new blower!!!!

Good quality fan - quiet and well balanced
The difficulty in installation was not caused by the part but rather by the construction of the car

The hardest part about installing this item was actually getting the blower assembly out of my car. Since my CRX had air conditioning, you have to disconnect the evaporator in order to remove the blower. Not an easy feat in the middle of winter outside. Regardless, I was ultimately successful. Once the blower assembly was out, I had the blower motor switched out in about a minute. Really quite simple actually. It works perfectly and all is well. :-)
