The product itself is amazing. Was packaged great. The only problem I had was I received a tracking number the next day for FedEx. Several days later I checked and FedEx said they still haven't received the package. I contacted support twice. They either tell me oh it will arrive this day or oh FedEx must haven't updated there tracking information. It's FedEx once they receive an item you know right then smh.
