Need better order management software
Everything was great. Please check into your order status software. It showed a two week delay from original commitment. I needed it sooner, so I was in the process of cancelling the order, when I received a shipment notification that it was going to arrive within a few days of the original ship date. Seems like there’s a disconnect. Should have sent me a notification when order was running late instead of making me log into order status to find out about the delay.
