Great shipping and customer service
I received the starter in less than 10 days. The product was brand new and is working great after install. It doesn't come with any instructions. You have to do your own research or take to a mechanic. After install I talked to a rep to return the the old part for the core charge return via chat. The process was very easy any they have all instructions needed to return the core. Prices here are a lot cheaper than your local auto part store. If you're willing to wait, I suggest purchasing parts here instead.
