If you have an '03 -'07 Accord with a 3.0L, there are five mounts in total. There's an upper transmission mount (this product) that attaches to the top of the trans; a lower transmission mount that attaches to the bottom of the trans; front and rear engine mounts that attach to the bottom of the engine; and a side mount that attaches to the top front of the engine.
