Best Answer:Hi Larry, Yes, this will work for a manual transmission. If you have a manual transmission, you would not connect anything to the TOC ports. If you leave the TOC ports disconnected, it will not leak coolant or prohibit the radiator from functioning as it should since that is plugged in shut.

Good quality replacement radiator. Only recommendation would be to include information to remove clips from old radiator lines rather than trying to unscrew and disconnect them. Saved almost $100 versus buying from local auto parts store.
