Great service
I made a mistake and double ordered a large part for my car.(bumper Valance) It was to late to stop the order. UPS wanted 113.00 to ship back the part. The part was only 104.00 Very creative Customer service rep offered to use their ups account (might have been fed x ) Anyway with the volume they ship they get a great discount. Cost to me ended up to be 10.00 that was something I could live with. I am committed to APW as I like being treated fairly. Thanks to the customer service person that helped me out of this issue when it really was my own fault.
