Product Q&A

I have a 05 Cadillac Escalade and there is nothing on the bottom of the radiator reservoir to connect the sensor level to. It does have a port but nothing electrical inside. Is this normal ? HelpTy W.Nov 01, 2020
Best Answer:Hi Williams, The level sensor is installed on the port. That port is the place/hole provided for the sensor to be put into. Still, we recommend referring to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for details about this particular part. Also, it is best to consult your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership for this as well if you need to. You can find more information here as well: https://www.carparts.com/blog/why-you-should-always-consult-a-repair-manual/

APW was the first place I looked when I needed this reservoir. My problem was, I should have searched my local auto parts stores. They had it in stock and it would have saved me $20.00 in 2nd Day Air, (which was late) shipping fees. Live & learn. I know this review will never make it to APW's website but it was worth a shot.
