This part is guaranteed to fit the 2007 GMG Sierra 1500 Classic, Sierra 2500 HD Classic, and Sierra 3500 Classic, automatic transmission, With Oem # 10367689 extended and standard cab pick-ups, 4 speed. A new Body Control Module (BCM) must be programmed with the latest operating software and vehicle calibrations. Any control module needs to be flashed or reprogrammed to link to the sensors and monitors of an individual vehicle in order for them to work correctly. This needs to be completed by a dealer or some automotive specialists, as they control security codes to reprogram these systems. I hope this helps. Works as expected, you will have to perform the security relearn process takes about 30 min. Recycling the ignition switch every 10 min. I used the timer function on my cell to remind me ofe when to turn off then on the switch. Watched a video on youtube pretty easy just a pain to get the timing right or you have to start over.
