Best Answer:Hi William, I'm glad to assist you. This is not compatible with the K1500 Suburban. This fits the pickup truck K1500, however. As it turns out, we do not carry a cat-back exhaust system for your truck application. Still, you might need other parts, such as a front performance OE upgrade brake disc and pad kit.
