The condition of the part was great - it was like new. I inadvertently ordered the wrong car make/model for the mirror and realized it when I tried to install the mirror on the car. I called Car Parts that same day and spoke with Ralph. He was very helpful, information and gave me an RMA number (+ a confirmation email with the same information) on how to return the mirror (using the carrier of my choice) and what to include on the box. Ralph even helped me to look up and see if there was a mirror available for the make/model of my vehicle to which there wasn't. He apologized and then ensured that there were no further questions before ending the call. Excellent customer service!
