Parts and service.
To date, I have purchased several parts from your company and have been overall satisfied with the timely service. However there have been a few cliches along the way, specifically, the last order that I purchased the set of four shocks for one price there was some confusion with how it has charged to my bank account in two different charges, one for the front set and one for the rear set. Also how the set of four has sent in two different orders. Not the end of the world but it did cause some confusion. I would also mention that one of the front shocks was sent without the package of hardware that comes with it (new bushings etc.). which I felt was a bit of a quality control issue, so we were forced to put together a set from the old hardware. again not the end of the world. All in all, I have been very satisfied with your service. I am currently rebuilding and refinishing a 1990 Ford Ranger and will most certainly continue to purchase my required parts from you folks I would say that I am 95% satisfied with your company and your efforts. I would also mention that your customer service is excellent and the gentleman that I spoke with was both pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Michael W. Moullet.
