Best Answer:Hi Gary, They are basically the same fuel tank especially if they have the same OE (Original Equipment) number. They have the same warranty of 1 year also. The difference would be the brand and the price.

gas tank
I bought this gas tank to use in my 1964 Ford Falcon. While the car is still a "work in progress" I wanted to get the gas tank. Fit was perfect. The Dimensions were right on and the mounting holes were all correctly sized and located. I would only suggest that some additional package protection be added at the corners. The Flange at two corners were bent during shipment. This did not affect the gas tank fit or performance. It just meant a little tapping of the flange to make the tank sit flat.
