This does not look like it will fit my 06 milian 3.0l after the flex pipe on the right side should be straight & that goes into the cat ?Brian Ceriani A.Aug 24, 2021

The flange next to the flex pipe on the left side of the image is where the rear catalytic converter is bolted to, and the mandrel bent pipe with a split end on the right side is where the two front catalytic converters are connected to. This is guaranteed to fit your 2006 Mercury Milan 3.0L model.
