I had a diagnostics check and the error code came back 2195 indicated Bank 1 sensor 1.
Another code was 2197 indicating Bank 2 sensor 1.

The first code, P2195, refers to bank 1 sensor 1, oxygen sensor biased/stuck lean (upstream sensor on bank 1). The 2nd code, P2197, refers to bank 2 sensor 1, oxygen sensor biased/stuck lean (upstream sensor on bank 2).
