Hey - Just want to give shout-out to "Carparts" - great company. I purchased a power steering pump and other parts for my 2008 Ford Focus a little over a year ago. Power steering pump started leaking fluid. i was so surprised to: 1) Learn the pump was still under warranty. 2) How pleasant, easy and helpful the company phone rep made it for me to return the pump. Also sent me the replacement pump quickly with instructions on returning the broken pump at no shipping costs! Now that what i call great customer service! i own 3 other older vehicles and i know I'll be needing more auto parts, soon and when i do order auto parts again, i will only order my parts from this company!
