I purchased a driver side mirror form 2013 F 350 Superduty and everything worked except the adjustable directional mirror. The movement of the mirror was limited to top left or bottom right, you can't electronically move the mirror right or left, up or down. Is this a normal occurrence and can this be a simple fix?Phillip J.Apr 15, 2021

Best Answer:Hi Phillip, I'm glad to assist you. Based on your explanation, there is a possibility of of a loose contact with a terminal/prong connector. Please re check by removing the plugged connectors if there is a terminal/prong that is pushed backwards which would not be in contact with the opposite connector(male or female socket connectors). A possibility also of a wrong wiring terminal position inside the socket connector. A shorted wiring should blow up a mirror fuse if ever. If upon checking and no loose contact is found, please call our sales hotline(1-866-529-0412, ask to be transferred to returns department) for an RMA procedure so you can have it returned with options for replacement or refund. A possibility that it is defective. I hope this helps.
